Hello hello (Grayson)

Mckayla had just left the grill and decided to go for a walk around the park. It was a nice day out and she decided to enjoy it. So she put on her headphones and turned on her music and began walking. She hummed softly along to I wouldnt Mind by He is We as she walked beside the lake and smiled at a few people. When she reached the end of the trail she sat down on a bench and just listened to her music

Grayson had been wanting to get out of his house for days, and wanted to spend a day at the park. Something he used to do all the time when he was younger. The seventeen year old was dressed in a pair of jeans, a black t shirt, and a pair of skater sneakers. His hands had been in his pocket as he looked around the park which part of him felt like a inner kid and having memories of when he would claim the trees and play on the playground.

He had soon spotted a girl walking which caused him to let out a smirk. Grayson had loved flirting as he walked over to the girl who was walking as he soon walked in front of her as he said. " Sorry about that. "

Mckayla gasped as a boy around her age suddenly appeared in front of her. Her shyness began to take over her and she felt her cheeks heat up as she blushed and she looked up at him "I-its ok. I-I-I didnt see you there." She said softly with a bit of stuttering due to her being so shy and afraid to talk to someone she didnt know

Grayson had been enjoying himself when it came to talking to girls, and had no desire to stop what he did. The seventeen year old had looked around as a smirk came across his face. The werewolf had looked around to see if he could see any girls he could prey on as he crossed his arms as he looked around with a smile on his face as he saw the girl finally look up to him. As if she did not know that he deliberately came in front of her to get her attention as he smiled to himself.

" Don't worry it was my fault. I just wanted to talk to you. " said Grayson crossing his arms. The werewolf had contemplated whether or not he should tell her his name, but then it would seem so wrong it would be a mystery. Grayson did not mind a mystery as he crossed his arms for a moment as he said with a smile on his face. " The name is Grayson "

Mckaylas eyebrows raised as he said that he had come over on purpose with the intent to talk to her "Oh... Um... Hello then." She said blushing a bit more. She smiled as he introduced himself "Hello Grayson. Its nice to meet you. Im Mckayla." She said pushing her hair out of her face

Grayson considered himself a romantic in so many ways, as he had often found that when he did care about a girl he would spontaneous to her and if he could treat with all the respect she deserved. As he looked at the new girl he was talking to he smiled, " Hello. " as he looked passed her and smiled at some girls who were walking giving him an annoyed look. He smiled at that as he said.

" Same to you. That's a pretty named, but you okay if I call you Kayla? " asked Grayson.

Mckayla looked behind her and frowned a bit when he saw that he was looking at other girls while standing there talking to her. When he asked her if he could call her Kayla she smirked a bit, which was highly unlike her and giggled "Only if I can call you Gray." She said tucking her hair behind her ear and looking up at him

Grayson had been trying his best to keep his attention on Kayla, and thought how better is sounded. Then again he was always one to call a girl a nick name with his little sister being called Mel. But when she brought up calling him, he was shocked, as it seemed to be one that was not associated with something like asshole or doochebag which made him smile as he said. " Alright go for it. " as he looked and thought about when his mother would call him the little kid nicknames as he said.

" You in high school Kayla? "

"I just recently graduated from Mystic Falls High actually. Im a student at the University currently. Im a Psychology major." She said surprised at how easily she was holding a conversation with Grayson and not being her normal shy self "How about yourself?" She asked biting her lower lip gently without really noticing it

Grayson had been surprised when he heard she was older. As Grayson had only been a senior, and just recently started his school year. And had felt that he knew he would have to get his act together for college. In that moment, Grayson had been too thrilled with himself with the idea that he managed to get himself a older person or at least talk to one. Then again he had connections to the past football players of Mystic Falls so it seemed pretty common, and he knew this was something for him to brag about.

" College sounds cool. Especially studying Psychology, which is art of the mind or head medicine. " smiled Grayson, as he knew it dealt with people with behavioral problems or just plan psychopaths. Then again Grayson did not spend much of his time looking at careers, which he knew should be something he should probably doing. As he smirked for a moment as he said. " I am a senior at Mystic Falls. As well as the quarterback for the Mystic Falls football team. " smiled Grayson.

Mckayla was impressed with his knowledge and smiled at him "Very good." She said laughing softly "Youre still in Hihgschool?" She asked. He didnt look like he was a highschool student, then again, Mckayla didnt look to be in college "Ill have to come watch you play sometime, if you want me to."

Grayson had enjoyed the fact that he still had been trying to complete high school. At least he still had one more year left and had known he had scholarships already for other colleges. Which he knew damn well he was going to take as he looked at Kayla as she asked him if he still was in high school. " Yeah do I look older? " said Grayson, he wished he was older like his brother who had been the heir to his father's stupid pack.

" I am more than likely going to college on scholarships. " said Grayson, hoping getting a scholarship would make his father respect him more than just being the second son. Then again Grayson had kind of liked the idea of his father not giving a shit, meaning he could get away with most things. " If you want always up for guests to watch me play. " smirked Grayson.

"Yeah you do. You look to be around the same age as me. Freshman in college." She said smiling softly at him "Scholarships are always good. Im on mostly a full ride with a tiny bit of help from my parents." She nodded at his next statement "Just let me know when your next game is and I will do my best to make it." This was so unlike her. Talking to someone she barely knew and agreeing to make plans with said person.

Grayson had been enjoying the idea of managing to get a college girl. Something he knew his friends would kill to get talking with a college girl. Which made him smirk a bit as he said. " Cool, my brother is a college student. " smiled Grayson as he crossed his arms. Then with that it led to him looking around as he had hoped people would see him and he looked and he said.

" Yeah I could always give you my number. " said Grayson.

"Oh does your brother attend the university in town? Perhaps I know him." She said curious as to if she knew him or not. When he offered her his number she smiled and handed him her phone "Go ahead and put it in." She said. As she waited, her stomach began to growl and she blushed "Oh... I guess I should grab lunch after this."

Grayson knew his brother had attended some sort of university in Virginia, just not the one in town. Since his father had advised him to stay around to continue the family legacy. As he shook his head. " No he attends another university in Virginia just not this one. " said Grayson. Even though for Grayson he was going to whichever university would give him the best football scholarship there was.

As he watched McKayla hand him her phone to put his number in. Grayson took it as he immediately put his number in handing it back to here with a smirk. " Call me whenever you want. " the man had loved flirting. Grayson looked as he had put his number in plenty of girls phones. Grayson looked, and he said. " Well's its your body so if you want lunch then get it. "

Mckayla smiled and took her phone back and slipped it in her pocket "Would you want to maybe join me? We could go to the grill." She suggested. This was crazy for her to try and continue hanging out with someone. But she felt comfortable around Grayson.

Grayson had to admit he had been starving as he watched her intently. And he had been thrilled when she told him that he could join her for lunch. " Sounds good, I am starving too. " smiled Grayson. As he had not ate since he had a granola bar earlier that day. As he looked as he said. " We can drive if you want. " smiled Grayson.

"Yeah lets drive." She said "My car or yours?" She asked as they walked back to the parking lot. She looked at her car then looked around as she tried to figure which one could be his. She then looked at him and smiled softly

Grayson had often preferred to drive when it came to going places. Due to already spend most of his energy with football and working out to stay in shape. As he thought of what car they should take as he said. " Let's do mine. Although it is kind of messy, I am not a neat person. " laughed Grayson.

" Do you like living in Mystic Falls? "

"Its alright. Im not a neat freak." SHe said smiling as she followed him to the car "I enjoy it. Its nice and quiet. A close knit community. You know everyone here." She said smiling as she got into the car and buckled her seat belt. "How about you?" she asked as she looked at him

Grayson had often wondered about the humans of Mystic Falls and what they thought. Since most of the supernaturals had been involved with some sort of trouble. More than likely making the lives for humans much more better as Grayson had a smirk on his face. " Well this town is definitely an interesting place. " as he had wondered if this girl had any clue about it then again the town was almost taken over by vampires, and it seemed weird that some humans still managed to stick around.

" I guess this town is okay, the only good thing is the football here. "

Mckayla nodded "That it is. The town history is fascinating. All the way back to the founding families." She looked out the window as the drove down the road toward the grill "Football cant be the only good thing here." SHe said looking at him

Grayson had knew this town had some fascination as it been through supernaturals completely taking over it. And as far he knew they were all locked in hell. Although part of him had this strange feeling they were going to come back at some point. As he nodded. " Yeah it is. Since most of these people have been here forever. It's good to see a new face for a change. " smiled Grayson.

" This town has a lot more secrets than one thinks. "

She nodded and continued to look out the window, smiling at all the passing cars. She then turned to him "The people are nice. And it is always great to meet new people and make new friends." She said eyeing him slowly before blushing and looking back out the window. She didnt know why she was so nervous, but there was something about him that reminded her of her time in Highschool. The butterflies in her stomach, the feeling of nervousness. All of it. It was no official. She had a crush on him
